Shelley Kothlow, LPN, is Licensed Practical Nurse and Expert Fitter with over 20 years experience in compression, Lymphedema garments and wound care products.

Shelley has been serving individual and organization clients in the Okanagan region for over twenty years and is well known within the medical community. Shelley's clients include doctors, care homes, senior care residences, out-patients, athletes and individuals.

Professional Training

Shelley holds certificates and diplomas as an expert compression and lymphedema garment fitter, certified surgical brace and Mastectony fitter, and holds a Wound Care Management certificate from McEwan University. Prior to her LPN Shelley began her career as a Health Care Aid in the Long Term Care industry, working in British Columbia and Alberta.

Compression garments must be professionally fitted. As an Expert compression and lymphedema garmet fitter Shelley takes the appropriate measurements and can help recommend the appropriate medical compression length and level of pressure with your doctor.

For ease of client convenience and privacy Tender Soles Healthcare travels to you for fittings in the privacy of your own home.

Tender Soles Healthcare is a professional Medical Service provider and can bill direct, and will obtain all paperwork required for prior approval, on behalf of clients to the following departments:
